Clean water, clean equipment and fresh high quality coffee = good cup of coffee
GRIND
Select the correct coarseness according to your preferred method of brewing. Measure the amount of ground coffee with a scale rather than a scoop.
TEMPERATURE
Don’t boil the water. The water temperature for your brew should be somewhere between 88-97 Celsius, depending on your brewing method and the roast profile. The darker the roast, the lower the temperature.
