This fruity and balanced washed coffee comes from the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua, grown at altitudes between 1,200–1,300 meters. The varieties include Catimor, Catuai, and Caturra. The coffee undergoes a long aerobic fermentation (120–143 hours) before washing and drying outdoors.
Orange Orchestra is produced by a third-generation family exporter based in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia. The company is led by two sisters whose mission is to build transparent and socially responsible connections between local coffee farmers and roasters around the world. They work closely with partner farms to ensure high quality and sustainable practices throughout the entire production chain.
